• Figure 1 shows the results of Semiquantitative PCR analysis of DNA from P1 and P2. Blood samples were taken at Day 150 after ex vivo transfer. From this figure we see that both P1 and P2 produce T cells (CD3+), B cells(CD19+), monocytes (CD14+), slightly low levels of granulocytes (CD15+), and natural killer cells (CD56+) are all produced.

  • Figure 4 shows the results of immunoglobulin analysis. After day 270, both patients can generate IgG, IgA and IgM.

  • Figure 2 displays the longitudinal study of lymphocyte subsets from P1 and P2. There is a dramatic increase in the number of T cells (CD3+, CD8+, and CD4+), B cells (CD19+) and NK cells (CD16+, CD 56+) over time.
