Carbohydrates give your body energy so that you can do more things. You can get carbohydrates by eating potatoes, spagetti, macaroni, bread, and cereal too!!

 

When you don't eat enough carbohydrates, your body does not have as much energy and you could become a couch potato!!!!!




But when you do eat carbohydrates you have a lot of energy and you can have a lot more fun playing baseball, or skiing, or showing off to your friends all of your muscle from exercising!!



Carbohydrates are a great energy source, so eat all of your cereal in the morning and don't forget to finish your potatoes at dinner time!!
